ITROM offers free training and informational Webinars - a series of free live web seminars, designed to introduce you to different aspects of the software.

What is Webinar?
Webinar is a live meeting, demonstration, training, seminar, workshop etc that takes place over the web. (also known as Web seminars or virtual seminars). Many organizations and corporations use Webinar technology for training and information dissemination purposes. Companies are discovering the time, money savings, and sales opportunities that come with web-based meetings.

How does it work?
We send you email that contains the URL and login instructions. Before the start of the session, login by going to the URL that has been sent to you via email

What do I have to do?
You sit at your computer and view a presentation on the web. The presentation can be made up of PowerPoint slides. This training is live and interactive; you chat, listen and you can ask the presenter questions online as if you were face to face with him/her. All of our instructors are highly experienced and familiar with your setup. 

Do I need any equipment or software?
All you need to participate is your PC,  web browser and an Internet connection - there's no need for additional equipment or software. (Recommend internet connection: minimum 128Kbps downstream/upstream). 

Will there be a demonstration on how to use the ITROM Web Publisher software?
Our live webinar is a multimedia presentation that allows participants to follow the presentation via a web page. This interactive session will give attendees the opportunity to see ITROM Web Publisher software in action and discover first-hand how use it. 

What equipments do you use?
ITROM Web Publisher uses ITROM LiveStaff - our award wining web chat system which is hosted on our  servers. As an added benefit, participants of each ITROM Web Publisher Webinar receive a CD-ROM of the presentation after the event.

Sessions are typically limited to 10 attendees and generally last between 20 minutes and one hour. These small, focused sessions provide a great way for participants to ask questions and to receive personalized attention during the training. Each 60-minute ITROM Web Publisher Webinar features demonstrations on how to use the software, discussions, case studies, and a Q&A session.

The ITROM Web Publisher packages includes 1hr FREE web based training for registered users. All extra Online training are EUR 99/day/person (5% discount if purchased before 1 July 2005).

Training for Community and Voluntary Groups 
We have a strong commitment to our community and through sponsorships and volunteering, we participate in many community activities. We offer our products to aid in classroom teaching or research/thesis projects. We recognize the benefit of offering our products to academia as teaching and research tools, which assist in producing a highly educated technical workforce of the future. 

ITROM Web Publisher provides FREE all-year-round training for local and international students, unemployed and disabled for a duration of 3-6 months. Training take place every weekday (Mon-Fri except public holidays). 

In the past two years, we have provided FREE training for students from local schools, colleges and universities. Past students trained includes Miss Doha Habaing and Mr. Fredrik Bengtssen (from the Job Center, Malmo, Sweden).

Some of our Partner training are offered at no-charge, while other classes require a training fee, however in all cases, partners are responsible for their own travel and expenses.
