Kent, if you see this photo, then it means the system is working fine. The laptop or computer you are using may have blocked Java script and you need to look into it.

On my laptop, the system upload photos and adds photos. Technically, all is working well. Consult you PC technician to enable Java Script and Java or try to use PC in internet cafe.
